Deploying Windows 10 capture image (Golden Image) using VMware VM ?

Hi All,

I got a question that I'd like to ask here, how do you create the best Windows 10 Enterprise 1511 image for Surface Tablet, Surface Books and other Laptop/Desktop deployment  ?

I'll be using the Freeware MDT to deploy it to the Tablets and other hardware via PXE boot.

One of my friend suggest to use VMware VM but do not install the VMware tools, so I wonder if this is the correct way of doing it or not ?
