Have a question. We recently P2v'd a Windows 2003 server. Prior to the conversion, my customer was tracking trends based on ping average response rates. In general, the physical machine was returning average rates of about .65ms. After conversion, the new VM was responding at about 1.5ms. So, the question is: Is this normal? Do VMs respond to pings longer than physical servers?
