Windows Server 2008 Extend disk

I have a server:

Windows 2008 R2

4 discs:

disc 0 - OS 60gb

disc 1 - Mailboxes 600gb

disc 2 - logs 300gb

disc 3 - Archives 1.5tb

My mailbox disc is filling up so I need to create some more room for it.  What I want to do is shrink the logs disc to 150gb and use this freed up space however when I try and extend I'm getting a message about converting to a dynamic disc which I don't want to do.

Is there any I can move this free space from disc 2 to disc 1 using edit VM in vSphere?
