Windows GuestOS disable write cache

Hi,

I am trying to disable the write cache in Windows 2012 R2. Every time I change the setting to "Quick Removal" and reboot the server it gets reset back to the better performance.

On a Physical server we have we have specific options for the write cache under the Policies settings.

Any ideas?
