Network issue on a VM

Hello,

I have three ESXi 5.5 hosts in a cluster.  All ESXi hosts are configured with a single dvSwitch with multiple port group (each on a separate VLAN).

I can vMotion any VM from one host to any other one in the cluster exept for one VM.  This VM works fine on the first two ESXi hosts but it won't see the network when hosted on the last ESXi.  Every other VM are working fine on every host on the cluster.

The faulty VM is a W2K8 R2 with a vmxnet3 adapter.  It is assign to the good port group on the dvswitch (like other VM that are working).  I also check on the configuration tab, networking on the host and status is green.

Is there anything else I should verify to get that VM working?
