We are running View 6.1 + vSphere 5.5 u2D. We are using Linked Clone desktops. We want to update VMware tools on our parent image and I wanted to know if it is still recommended that you update the Agent after you update Tools? Or is it no longer necessary and you can just have the VM check for tools updates on every reboot and not worry about updating the agent? Thanks.
