How to know the vendor and model of RDM lun on LINUX with assigned as virtual compatibility mode

Hi Team,

if we assign RDM with Physical compatibility mode on LINUX, then we have scsi command to identify storage vendor and model.

but if we assign RDM with Virtual compatibility mode on LINUX, can we still identify storage vendor and model with some scripts or commands ?

now we can only see vendor as VMware, but can we get actual storage vendor i.e EMC, Netapp, HP etc..
