For Memory:
Are the virtual guest will not hold permanently the allocated resources if its in idle or doesn't have processing but it will utilized again once there is a process in that virtual guest that needs the allocated resources
For vCPU:
1. Does the virtual machine will not get more than the allocated? Meaning if we need enough vCPU resources that a virtual machine needs, we should allocate that first in its settings and will not be dependent on the limit?
2. If 1 virtual machine was configured to have a 4 vCPU but when monitored, 2 of its vCPU is a waste, is the limitation setting comes in and set it to 2 even though it has 4 vCPU?
3. What if that 4 vCPU is not enough, what will be the action other than increasing the allocation of vCPU or it is automatically getting an additional resources from the cluster resource pool?
